How can I change my booking?+

You can email us at hi@litta.co or call us on +442038680455 and a member of team can help with this.

Do I need to be in on the day of collection?+

No, as long as we have access to the waste and it's clearly marked, you don't need to be present. We'll send you a photo confirmation once the collection is complete.

How can I cancel my booking?+

Cancellations can be made by emailing hi@litta.co. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our cancellation policy regarding refunds.

Can I add on items after booking?+

Yes, you can add items after booking, but this may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

When do I receive my tracking link?+

You will receive your tracking link via email on the morning of your scheduled collection, usually by 9 AM.

How do I change or add items to my booking?+

To change or add items, please email us at hi@litta.co with your booking reference and the details of the changes you wish to make.

Where should I leave the waste for collection?+

Please ensure the waste is placed in an easily accessible location, such as your driveway, front garden, or a designated collection point. It should be clear of any obstructions.

Do I need to bag the waste?+

While not strictly necessary for all items, bagging smaller loose items helps with efficient collection. Hazardous materials must be properly contained.

What if the waste is indoors?+

Our standard service is for waste located outdoors. If waste is indoors, please inform us in advance, as additional charges or arrangements may be required.
